What a joy to participate in the daily show on France 3  Map Weather and to share a simple but tasty recipe, showcasing the treasures of our Franche-Comté region: the iconic Morteau and Montbéliard sausages! This moment was much more than a simple culinary demonstration: it was an opportunity to convey my love for my Franche-Comté, its landscapes and its gastronomic riches.

 Meeting a Passionate Breeder

During this adventure, I met Louis-Marie Bulloz again, a passionate breeder, at the heart of his farm. Surrounded by his pigs and bathed in golden light, Louis-Marie revealed to me his know-how and his commitment to respectful practices, guarantees of the incomparable quality of Morteau and Montbéliard sausages, true stars, alongside the renowned Comté, of our culinary heritage.


An Authentic Recipe to Enhance the Terroir

During the show broadcast on December 7, 2023, rebroadcast on December 4, 2024, I had the pleasure of concocting a recipe that was both simple and authentic, perfect for enhancing these exceptional products. Beyond the cuisine, this experience was an opportunity to discover the natural beauty of the Doubs, in the Jura Mountains, including the splendid Karst trail a few km from the Maison du Fort de Fontain. This local jewel of unique geological formations is an invitation to contemplation and exploration. Highlighting this little-known treasure was a real pleasure for me.
